Our Pop-Up Store is a temporary, physical location that we set up in various cities and events. These pop-up events provide an exciting opportunity for you to engage with our brand, explore our products, and interact with our team.

We're thrilled to announce that we are actively raising funds to open our own brick and mortar store. By making a purchase from our Online and Pop- Up Store, you're directly contributing to this exciting venture. Your support brings us one step closer to creating a physical store where you can experience our brand in a whole new way.

A live break is a real-time streaming event where we open packs or boxes of trading cards and blind boxes purchased by viewers.

Make your orders in the shop and you will be placed into a queue where your packs and blind boxes will be opened live on our Twitch channel! Make sure to include your twitch username in the notes section at checkout so we know who the order is for. All sales are final. No refunds!

Break items will always be opened live on stream. This does not include sealed purchased items and merchandise. Pack and blind box openings on stream will start with who orders first and ends with who orders last. All foil cards will be sleeved and anything better than a rare will be put in a top loader for extra protection.

Shipping will be calculated at checkout. ​ We currently offer US shipping only. ​ Most orders are shipped via USPS or FedEX.

All purchases are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE. ​ All shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Items that are purchased under Breaks category are solely intended to be opened on live stream via Twitch are final sale and non-refundable. ​ Please feel free to ask any questions before making any purchases.

Orders for SEALED products and merchandise other than BREAKS products are open for cancellation as long as you request to cancel prior to us shipping the product out. Cancellations are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. We ship most orders out within 24 hours. Orders for SEALED product and merchandise are non-refundable once the order has shipped out. To request a cancellation, email info@secret-rare.com with "CANCEL" in the Subject line followed by your order number.
